Regarding your airport pickup: our driver arrived at Hong Kong Airport 30 minutes before you to meet you.
We contacted you 30 minutes after your arrival to direct you to the exit and tell you where the driver was.
A minor issue with your luggage required some attention, which explains your slight delay in leaving the airport.Once this was resolved, our driver picked you up and took you to your hotel.
Regarding the train ticket change: This was indeed an oversight on our part; we did not inform you of the ticket change in advance, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Last November, only two high-speed trains were running between Chengdu and Zhangjiajie: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. We had originally planned for you to take the morning train, but the tickets hadn't been issued yet.
A few days before your departure, we were concerned that the morning tickets might be unavailable and that seats on the afternoon train might also be limited.
Therefore, we changed your plans to the afternoon train. We contacted you immediately, and you informed us that you had activities in Zhangjiajie that day.
So, we changed your train tickets, switching your journey from Chengdu to Chongqing to a high-speed train, and then connecting in Chongqing to Zhangjiajie, to avoid disrupting your activities in Zhangjiajie.
Regarding the hotel issue you mentioned:
upon receiving your booking for this trip, we immediately contacted the hotel to make the reservation. However, the Shanghai hotel you had originally booked was only available on certain dates. We offered you a hotel of a similar category, and after your confirmation, we made the change. The new hotel is a great property where we regularly work, and it's conveniently located near Yu Garden, the Bund, and Nanjing Road.
